Starting in Delhi
KAY International started in Delhi with a team of two, manufacturing blowers up to 4 inches.
Moving to Wazirpur
Shifted to Wazirpur Industrial Area and began manufacturing blowers up to 7 inches.
Supplying IISCO, Burnpur
Delivered a large-sized 16-inch blower to IISCO, Burnpur.
Serving a wider market
Expanded operations and successfully supplied over 400 aluminium blowers to the Indian Army.
A larger manufacturing facility
Relocated to a larger facility in Badmalik, Sonepat, enabling us to manufacture blowers up to 18 inches.
Supporting specialised applications
Received our first order from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. for a stainless steel blower for helium and CO₂ gas.
Advanced CNC machining
Installed advanced CNC machinery to enhance outcomes and meet precise specifications.
Building production efficiency
Boosted production efficiency and began manufacturing 20-inch blowers to meet global standards.
Expanding into vacuum pumps
Expanded the manufacturing portfolio to include a wide range of vacuum pumps.
Celebrating 50 years of excellence
Celebrated the Golden Jubilee for delivering excellence.
Scaling smart blower manufacturing
Started manufacturing Smart Blowers up to 24 inches; became the world’s second-largest blower manufacturer.
A high-capacity blower milestone
Manufactured a single blower with a capacity of 1,00,000 m³/hr.
Introducing helical lobe technology
Started new in-line production for helical lobe type Roots blowers.
